The Tacoma-Pierce County Affordable Housing Consortium (TPCAHC) is a membership based organization open to individuals, organizations, corporations, and government agencies who show commitment to the Consortium’s purpose. Achieving our mission will only be possible through the work and dedication of advocates like you. The financial contributions of our members to TPCAHC is crucial to making our work possible.

TPCAHC members form an impressive network of incredibly committed affordable housing advocates across Pierce County. With over 50 dedicated members, we believe that together, through our sustained advocacy, all residents of Pierce County will have access to decent, safe, and affordable housing.

The Consortium’s purpose is to promote the preservation, development, financing, design, construction and operation of affordable housing for low and moderate income households, the provision of supportive services to affordable housing residents and policies favorable to such activity.

Organizations seeking to join the Consortium will be asked to provide a brief presentation of their organization at the following Board of Directors meeting.
