About the Event
Celebrate the grand opening of New Life Housing, a transformative project by Shiloh Baptist Church. This development includes two buildings with 60 affordable housing units for individuals and families earning 30–50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Half of the units are reserved for individuals experiencing homelessness. Funded by the Washington State Department of Commerce, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, City of Tacoma, and other partners, New Life Housing stands as a testament to collaborative solutions to housing insecurity. 53 of the 60 units are already occupied as of March 2025.
