Lunch and Learn: Foundation Center Grant Database
Time & Location
About the Event
This Lunch and Learn is open to anyone wanting to understand how to use Foundation Center and Foundation Director Online to grow their grant-making prospect list.
Anna Salyer of UW-Tacoma Campus Library will walk us through using Foundation Center and Foundation Directory Online (grant database). The Foundation Center is the world's leading source of information on philanthropy, fundraising, and grant programs. Anna will also share with you how to access this FREE grant-seeker resource at the UW-T Library. For more information on FDO, check out their website: https://foundationcenter.org/products/foundation-directory-online
Our Lunch and Learn events take place over the lunch hour and provide an informal educational session where you can eat your lunch and learn something new! In order to keep AHC members and our community partners up to date and informed, we will be presenting Lunch and Learns throughout the year on topics relevant to affordable housing, nonprofits, resources, advocacy and community action efforts. Have an idea for a Lunch and Learn or want to present on a topic? Let us know!
*Please note that this is a “bring your own lunch” event. We will have coffee, tea, and water available!
Special thank you to University of Washington – Tacoma Library for lending their time and skills to contribute to this event.
