About the Event

The Affordable Housing Consortium of Tacoma-Pierce County invites our members to learn about 3D-printed affordable homes from Zachary Mannheimer, Founder & CEO of Alquist 3D.

Hear from Alquist 3D about their printing process for constructing homes, how Alquist 3D built the first homeowner-occupied structure in partnership with Habitat for Humanity, and their licensee program that makes it possible to print homes in regions across the U.S.

Alquist 3D brings new vitality to smaller communities by creating affordable, sustainable, innovative homes. Using state-of-the-art 3D printing technology, Alquist helps lift economically distressed and under-served communities by lowering the cost of building the single-family, multifamily, mixed-use, and senior-living homes they need to thrive.

Lunch and Learn events are 'bring your own lunch'. We will have coffee, tea, and water available. Questions about the event? Email amanda@tpcahc.org.
