About the Event
With new tenant protections enacted and statewide rent stabilization likely to pass, this virtual panel brings together landlord and tenant advocates to explore how each side is adapting to a rapidly changing housing landscape. What challenges are renters and providers facing? What’s working—and what’s not—in communication and compliance?
Confirmed panelists include Mark Morzol of Tacoma Pro Bono and Jim Henderson of Landlord Solutions, who will share real-world perspectives from the front lines of housing stability and property management.
Hosted by the Tacoma-Pierce County Affordable Housing Consortium and co-hosted by Tacoma Housing Authority, this 60-minute moderated conversation will foster a deeper understanding of shared goals and tensions. Open to housing providers, renters, nonprofit staff, advocates, and the general public.
