New amendments to WA State's Growth Management Act require counties and jurisdictions to include more specific language and plans for the allocation of affordable housing in their 2024 Comprehensive Plan updates. Jason, from SSHA3P will explain the implications and requirements of HB 1110, which is known as the "Missing Housing Bill". He will also go over the Racial Equity Analysis, which was mandated by HB 1220 and will also be included in the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Updates. Â Â
