Affordable Housing Tour of Aviva Crossing

Join us for an exclusive tour of Aviva Crossing, a new affordable housing development in Tacoma led by Mercy Housing Northwest and Walsh Construction, AHC members!

Aviva Crossing is a 129-home affordable family housing community designed to respond to the growing displacement of low-income families and the urgent need for housing in Pierce County. The development includes a mix of unit sizes, with half of the homes offering two- and three-bedroom apartments to better serve families.

Located near Tacoma Community College within an Opportunity Neighborhood, this transit-oriented development provides residents with access to education, employment opportunities, and regional transit connections.

The project is thoughtfully designed to support community and well-being. Residents will benefit from shared spaces that encourage connection, including courtyards, a playground, garden areas, and indoor lounges on each residential floor.
